Books for our Hearts?

Hi y’all!
I just got my diagnosis this week, and my family is confident my dad has it as well. My neurotypical mom is so beyond overjoyed for this new revelation, and it is drastically reshaping her perspective on the two of us.
She vastly prefers reading books instead of watching the Youtubes or reading articles, and is hoping to learn more about it, both about how our minds work and how she can be a more effective companion.
Are there any books that have been helpful to the Hearts in your lives, or to you if you are the Heart?

Further context- for spousing, not for parenting; I’m long out of the house now.

Any book by Dr. Edward Hallowell is worth considering!
