Staying hydrated is helping me with the emotional storms I’m going through right niw. Such a simple thing but very effective. Anyone have any feedback on why this might be working?
I think it may be a case of not experiencing the opposite. That you used to be dehydrated and now you’re not? And I’m guessing being permanently /frequently dehydrated has effects which are less than ideal… Also including things like headaches and not being able to think straight.
I think you’re right. I live in a very dry environment and didn’t realize how dehydrated I used to be. I’m sooooo glad there’s something so simple and straightforward in my “toolbox”. Thanks so much for your response.
