I was recently at a training for new TRIO directors. TRIO is a family of programs dedicated to helping at-risk students. The topic of how to help ADHD students succeed came up, and as a fellow brain who watches the channel, I was able to give a lot of directors from high schools, colleges, and universities across the country the information they need to help the brains of the future. I even gave the YouTube channel out a couple of times when people asked how they could learn more. I know that things for Jessica have been rough off and on for the past year or so, but I just wanted to let her know that her channel (and this community who supports each other and those struggling outside) have greatly improved my life, the lives of those I serve, and the lives of many others with similar conditions who will better supported in education because of the content created here.
Thanks everyone for educating me about my brain and for giving me the tools to coach others!
