How to combat understimulation?

I keep feeling really understimulated and idk how to deal with it

It makes me feel really down and bored and unmotivated and not want to do anything.

I want to make a list of things I can do when I’m feeling like that so when I feel like that I can check the list and choose one to do but I can never think of them at the right time and nothing really sounds interesting when I’m that understimulated.

Any advice on things I can do to help/stuff I can add to the list?

Are you looking to make productive stimulating things like work/schoolwork more stimulating or something more just for fun and something to do?

A bit of both tbh. But I don’t have any immediate schoolwork rn so mostly how to stop myself from getting understimulated now I don’t have anything to do
