I’ve been really doing some research on a end of day “brain dump” and have realized that it’s kinda like a journal and everyone does it differently. Do any other brains in the community do a brain dump and have a specific ways/tips on how they do it? Thanks!

I agree! I’m willing to learn anything to keep my thoughts in order. Lol and just dumping my thoughts on a page sounds like an efficient wAy to do that. Just having a bit of trouble getting started haha it’s a common problem for me.
Well I just use a daily journal to write down my thoughts and feelings from the day. It’s calming to me cause I can go back and read what I wrote the next day.
