This is an interesting & funny talk on how original thinkers are different from most people in three important ways – we share some of these traits such as procrastination.

I’ve watched that talk. I agree with Adam Grant when he says that procrastination is productive. Almost all of the writers/authors (I think all of them) write awful first drafts of their work. It takes time to even out stuff. Giving yourself time is essential and with that comes effectiveness.

And yes, it’s inspiring.
